propranolol for migraine

I have been prescribed 2x 40mg per day for severe migaines that cause me anxiety and panic due to level and frequency of pain.
Does anyone else have experience of them for this reason please ?

I was prescribed them for anxiety symtoms, but also suffered migraines. I had 80mg slow release per day I found them really helpful, I barely had a headache the whole time I took them. Hope this helps.
