Hi, welcome to NMP. I am suffering from depression & anxiety and this is my 2nd bad episode in 3 years. However this time, I have been bad for 7 months+ and on cipralex & buspar for 6 months+. Last time I was on citalopram 6 months and better again in about 10-12 weeks!!!! It was a life-saver!!! However, this timeI feel that, slowly, I am getting there and am takling other issues, like burn-out, as I go along - we will get there
