HELP!

i have had headaches on and off but very severe, light headedness, tight chest, any time i move very fast i get dizzy, and my stomach cant seem to keep anything settled plz help me i fear for my life

This does sound like anxiety, but as you will continue to worry about it why not go to the Drs and let them put your mind at rest. After that you will know that it is panic and you will get lots of help and support here. X
