Sorry again. For the past few days i've felt ill, but now i feel even worse.
Have what feels like a high temperature (skin feels 'greasy' - had about 3 showers today and I still feel unclean). Worried about fever.
I don't usually get heart/chest problems as part of anxiety. but for 3 days it's been really bad. chest feels fluttery, palpitations almost constantly, irregular beats, feeling weak.
waves of nausea keep coming and going. Sometimes it's worse than others.
Feel kind of spaced out and just really ill.
Also feel out of breath.
I am mainly worried in case 1) I have got swine flu and 2) swine flu is affecting my heart, causing serious problems. I don;'t want to die of heart problems, but it feels so strange. Worried in case I get delirious because of heat. do you think that this is swine flu & would it cause a weak heart or asthma or anything? Do i need to go to hospital? will my temperature be ok?
