Sore throats?

Sorry for all my post today! My anxiety is sky high!

When you get stressed out does anyone else's throat get really sore and red?

well not sure if you have this but i know my anxiety exacerbates acid reflux, and the reflux in turn makes my throat hurt, especially in the morning .. but it can happen any time
