Hi Everyone,
I have had a panic disorder for 12 years now but 9 months ago my boys and i were involved in a very bad car accident,I was driving,I have been panicing 24hrs a day since then,I go to sleep in a panic and wake up shaking,My specialist says that i am suffering not only from an anxiety disorder which i had under control with xanax before the accident but also am fighting PTSD as well.I am on xanax,Cipramil and inderel for my racing heart that i have also suffered with since my car accident.
Well that is my life and i know we are all in the same boat so I am so glad to have found this forum and hope to get to know you all and not only find help and support but also to give as much back to you all Liz xxx:D

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.

It is not easy to find happiness in ourselves, and it is not possible to find it elsewhere.
Hi Liz,
Im a kiwi, so we are practilarly neighbours! Ive also had panic disorder/health anxiety and probably deppression now for about 15years, mine got worse 6 years ago after my mum passed away in Aussie. How did you find xanax? ive only ever been on anafrinal, but would like to try something else, as i think i need to try something. But even to scared to try that!! am scared ill lose control or get even more anxious , loved to keep in touch,
take care
