General Angst

Hi usually post on Health Anxiety link and will no doubt end up there soon...but this seems more appropriate for now...I am feeling very anxious and tearful and unable to cope...

why...nearly 3 years since my mum died
my beloved labrador is poorly off to vet this evening
16 year old daughter found lump in breast off the docs this evening
18 year old A level results needs to go through clearing.
Had arranged holiday leaving older two at home and now all this.......
I know this will all lead to a major health anxiety episode...

Wow,it's no wonder you feel that way jannne.
Most people going through all that at one time would feel the same way,even those with no anxiety problems.
The only advice I can give is to wait until you actually hear more.
The news form the doc,vets, and school could be good and then you will have put yourself through all this for nothing.
I know its not easy,but try and stay strong until you know for definite what the outcomes are going to be.
