I know that what i'm seeing is normal but i can't help obsessing about it..
You know when you look at a blank wall or its dark, your vision is kind of dotty.. I'm obsessed with it even though everyone i know says thats how they see things, I just can't help but wonder why am i only noticing now, if this is normal?
neonpink,
It's not normal, it's normal for a panic attack. There are loads of people at this site who have experienced that with panic. So you are okay! You aren't going mad. You are just experiencing anxiety and/or panic. It will go away. Right now it is new to you, so that's why you are obsessing about it. Hang in there!

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
How big is your gallery ?
