i have been suffering with very bad panic attacks, which was recently brought on by financial stress, i wanted a loan but my prtner wouldn't be a guarantor for me. Things got very out of hand, i panicked and was so paranoid anout the panic that it would become too overwhelming for me, and wouldn't go away

I am sure that it is mainly because f the situat w your partner.

You must e feeling traped - as you know you chose him and he does not do smth you expect from him.

This confusing feeling causing your anxiety and panic.

I have similar reasons for panic these days cause now by the associalted with my husbands past bad attitude memories.
I ad some anxiety recently which had reasons behind, but it turned into continued anxiety and now i have these vivid visions from the past - espcially when he is around....
i decided to forgve him but i have trouble at times....
