talking about anxiety there are always triggers, its dealing with the things that start off the anxiety that is THE DIFFICULT PART!. i HAVEN'T BEEN WORKING, BUT I AM GOING TO START WORK WITH ANOTHER CAE AGENCY SOON,i was sure that my partner would help me i just needed him to be a guarantor for a loan, as in my previous thread he wouldn't doit, i feel very stuck with credit card debt, payday loan, catalogue, i feel i was just trying to help ease my situation but he couln't see it like that. I really have had enough at this point, and we were arguing which lead me to panic throw clothes around, whether to leave i am still unwell and i am suffering with the side effects of panic that are mainly confusion, and tiredness, i don't know how to feel better. I just wanted my financial situation sorted out a bit.
If you can realte to this and know that there is usually a trigger, try to stay calm when talking to someone, i find when i get angry it can lead to panic.
