Hello I'm really lost and im hoping No more panic might help me to start getting found,
I have a form of Autisum called Asperegr's, I also get very anxious to the point of not sleeping any pressures of having to get up make it worse and im quite deepresed but my issues arent as serve as some I dont really have panic attaks
I saw my GP and Im going to start doing art therapy except I cant access mjuch from my local PCT beacuse hey put me on a list for CBT for 6 months and I am not able to access the community mental healtgh team beacuse im not serve or enduring
so really Im here to see if anyone else has simlar experiiances
