Going to sound weird here

Im probably the only person who ever feels like this but let me explain....

I get this like weird feeling in my forehead, It feels as if its really stiff?
As if I need a face lift lol, Only way I can describe it really.

It just feels really weird, Like Ive been frowning all day (when I haven't) Ive had it for a few years now

Its like I have something behind my head and Im worried about some sort of brain problem.

Has anyone ever felt anything like this before, Or am I the only one lol?

if its the skin, maybe you have dry skin or soap making it feel tight?

i have exactly the same and you described it well!! just this morning i asked my other half does it look like im constantly frowning because it feels as if i am!!! so no your not the only one!! take care, debs xx

Yea i have this occasionally when i am really tense, the muscles in your forehead seem to tense up and feels really tight, its nothing to worry about just stress and tension :) x
