Hot forehead and face

I am having many panic attacks per day and my forehead feels burning up. I've check my temp with digital thermometers both mouth n arm pit - and they read fine 36.8 most of the time. My forehead at the same time is burning up. Is this just a natural symptom of the panic?

hi ,i to have panic attacks every day so i know how u feel & i also get very hot & my head burns but i think its coz of the anxiety getting the better of us,i dont know if ur like me but the more i worry about the anxiety it comes on even stronger & the main physical symptom i get is the burning hot feeling,so dnt worry ur not on ur own,feel free to msg me anytime x

Thank you for your post - that's exactly how I feel. Strange tho as my temp is fine via mouth, ear, armpit (bel me Ive checked the lot) but my forehead is burning up. x
