Pain in the neck..literally

I've been getting this pain in my neck for a while

It's when i breath in deep i can feel it on the right side of my neck, just above where the neck meets the shoulder

It happens now again and if i sit up straight (i hunch) there is no pain when i breath deep..

Bad posture? tension? Some assistance would be nice

Luckily though i ain't freaking out over this..although i had a small panic attack earlier over nothing so maybe I'm panicked out for today

Another thing (it just happened there lol)

When i sneeze..which can be really often as i have rhinitis, sometimes i get a sharp pain around the centre of my chest, it goes away after moments

Just think it's a bit weird

I have similar to you, it's like a muscle tension feeling, very irritating and kind of radiates up the neck.
