hiya, im new to the forums and i suppose talking about my problems too. generally im uncertain so doubt is applyied to conversations with people and making sure what im saying is correct.
ive been anxious and depressed (to my current degree of being stuck at home) for 4-5 years now, but it doesnt feel all that different to what i felt before hand just exaggerated.
ive always been a thinker work things through myself, but any involvement with others tends to be short lived. like it just stops and thats it. again its just too much time in my own head but its difficult staying out of it with sooo much time and well i guess practise at it. im trying for a better perspective but need more help .
