Suffered an injury whilst swimming. Been to see chiropractor who tells me i have an irritated nerve caused by disc pushing on it etc.. as a result, I have alot of pain in left left back and going right down through my right arm.
Also in my right hand some of it feels numb esp my finger next to thumb.
Is this normal? should i be worried?
was told it will go of its own accord + icepacks etc...
