sleeping with arms above head

As you all know my arms have been intensly burning when i raise them. At first i thought i t was from carrying my son but now i wonder if its because of my son & i always sleep with my arms above my head? I had a sports massage last week and she said the muscles were tight & developed would that cause the pain? When she was pushing on certain areas it was sooooo painful surely thats a good thing ? im worried that as its getting painfuller (not sure if thats a word lol) its weakness?

i hate my arms at bedtime, I never seem to have anywere to put them, shame you cant take them off before bed, but how on earth would you get them back on in the morning lol, hope your feeling better soon
