I'm feeling a bit scared today.
They're back. The stabby head pains have been going on a long time, and I try my hardest to be rational about it. I keep telling myself "It's probably just eye strain" but that part of me that will never be sure keeps assuming the worst, like its a brain tumour, haemorrage, or something equally as bad.
It's at the back of my head on the right hand side, and everytime it reccurs, it's always exactly the same type of pain, in exactly the same place. Doctors checked me and said there's nothing wrong. But that does not stop me worrying.
Another thing I've noticed, particularly since I re-started Sertraline (I went without for pregnancy) I keep experiencing strange "Out of Body" sensations, kind of like my minds not in my body and body feels numb like it's not mine, and then I start pinching myself. Is anyone else familiar with this feeling I get?
