Hi all,
My name is Melanie, I am 26 years old from South Africa and suffer from severe Panic Disorder. I have only recently (about 4 months or so) developed and been diagnosed with this dreadful affliction and it is all still extremely terrifying and new to me.
Am looking forward to giving and receiving support and getting to know everyone.
