sorry to be a pain again but in desperate need of some reassurance. i am so stressed and anxious again, with work and personal stuff - just lost my dad - very complicated so won't bore you all with that. ibs has flared up again and got pains this morning down left side just below rib area. anyone else get this and if so any tips on how to get rid of it. the good old panic attacks have started to kick in as well and to top it all i am very hormonal this week, - sorry any guys who may read this i know you can't help on that point. any advice grateful. thanks jackie:)
