hi there!! i am so very glad i found this site, i have suffered severe panic attacks for the last 10 years, i have been prescribed countless medications-none of which have made too much of a difference, i am looking forward to meeting people on this site as unless you have actually suffered a panic attack you can't really appreciate just how scarey it is, and i think it will be good for me to be able to talk to people who know exactly what im going through.
