i dont like the heat

Its really hot where i am and it makes me jumpy,im sitting right under the fan.does anybody else have hot flushes regulary.i seem hotter then everyone else:weep:

yup im always in a right old state when we get anything over 24,,,ive got the fan on full blast,,and still i feel rough

Ive posted a couple of times about feeling hot faced and burning up - I'm cont taking my temp via mouth, ear, arm pit - all always fine yet my face n forehead are burning up. From what I can gather on here it is the panic causing.
