i feel woozy and wobbly,sometimes i put off getting up for things,i feel really terrified of my attacks and hate telling my family im having one

i feel woozy most of the time and i think i sway about a bit cos people always ask if im ok,which makes it worse.really scary being panicky but embrassing aswell
