My whole life I have been one who has lots of sleep. I could sleep on a linen line!! The last two weeks I have only been having about 5 hours sleep. I wake up & cannot get back to sleep, it's really weird!! Do you think it could the heat? Or maybe at my age (51) my sleeping pattern is changing?

Something else to worry about I suppose:weep: especially as I have CFS!!

hi elspeth the heat defiantly doesnt help, sleep ive actually forgotten what it is tbh, yet so tired all the time its horrible cos when awake at night we start worrying and thinking and thats no good to our anxiety hope you get a good night soon , maybe leave the window open or get a little fan to have next to your bed my windows are always open at night as its so stuffy atm take care
