hyper reflexes???

please can somebody give me some advise i am having a terrible day as i am due to go to docs later, How do you know if you have hyper reflexes is it something you can test yourself? when i am relaxing trying to fall asleep my fingers and hands sometimes jump, does this mean that i have hyper reflexes? i am all over the place and dont know what to think !!!!

My hands jump sometime too when I'm in bed :blush:

I foten have this horrible thign when I am in bed and jus dropping off, when suddebnly I will have this horrible 'falling' sensation and my whole body will jerk. Iv'e always had ti on and off, so I'm sure it's nothing. It's just twitching/nervs as your body starts to relax, I am sure, (probably it's worse if you are stressed).
