Hair Loss

I suffer from HA/Depression and i seem to be noticing that my hair is falling out alot easier, for example when i run my hand through it and if i scratch my head. i know that your hair does fall out everyday but its never been like this and im only 23. is this something that happens in worriers? just wanted to see if anyone else experiences it! Trying very hard not to google!!!
