i'm debbie, 33 and been prescribed citalopram. Had a lot of life changes in a very short time. Feeling mixed feelings about taking antidepressants. Have read this site for a couple of days and found it reassuring that there are others to talk things through with in difficult times.

welcome to NMP. It's important to remember that ADs can increase your anxiety for the first 2-3 weeks but they can really help. Try to be positive!
