[8D]i have been ancious and stressed for a while now i have been on antidepressants for this but none seem to help the doctor told me to come of gaminol which i have but still take 2x2mg of diazepam aday also 1by 5mg propronol4 times aday is it safe to start taking st.johns wort which is natural and should not give me side effects like doctors medicine iwould like a honest answer thank you

I take SJW but with nothing else.
