chest pain

hello! im new to this... came across this website sat at work in pain!
Im the biggest worrier with anything. i have pains in the side of my chest which seem to hurt from under my left book to the bottom om my rig cage and really hurts when breathin in. any ideas?? :)

You do not say what you suffer with, eg panic, anxiety? please hun, take time to read through the site, there is lots of great info here, first steps, how to cope this is on the left hand side.
