Wonder if anyone else has experienced this.
Monday I was rushed via ambulance to A & E due to fast Artirial Fibrillation. This came on after hours of ectopic beats. Ive had them for years and years, and not been unduly worried. (well apart from the normal anxiety worry) They treated me with Flaxicide & within an hour my heart had returned to normal. The whole eposiode has been a huge wake up call, as they said the main reason apart from my obvious anxiety was my weight. I am approximately 6 stone over my ideal healthy weight.
Since then, I've been suffering from dreadful anxiety which I' gutted about because I was just beginning to combat the panics & able to go to Tescos etc by myself. I feel a wreck. The doctor telling me not to do any excercise until I;ve seen the heart specialist does not help. But you know what it's like with HA, you read EVERYTHING into anything anyone says. I have lost 6 lbs already, as I've been eating really healthy. I've cut out caffeine completely.
Something completely weird has started & I wondered if anyone else has experience a quivering sensation throughtout their torso. It's driving me nuts, and seems worse when I sit down quietly. I'm wondering if this is completely coincedance, as I have been suffereing a tad from a bad back of late. It's not the same quivering that you get with the AF. It's a strange feeling from within the body.
I've been readin up on the net (like you do) and it appears that this can be anxiety related. Am I alone ?
