I been told to try this - but all I know is it get converted to dopamine. Can any1 shed any light? Any1 had?

It's only useful for people suffering from stress and/or lack of sleep. It can boost mood and mental performance in people who are suffering from these conditions.

It does not benefit people who are in normal health and will not work as an anti-depressant or anxiolytic as such; it is purely a stress buster.

That said, the majority of people on NMP are probably suffering from high levels of stress without realising it. Reducing stress can have a big knock-on effect against anxiety and depression.

Thanks for the info - think Ill try the inositol n 5htp first

I reckon inositol will be a better bet that tyrosine cos it treats more problems and works for anyone.
