Heavy Arms

Does anyone else get heavy arms? Right in my forearms it feel like their are weights on my arms.

Does anyone know WHY this happens even when I am NOT having a PA

It is probably down to your breathing as overbreathing etc can cause these types of symptoms as can tension in your neck and shoulders. I wouldnt worry about it just try and relax.

i dont get that symptom now but i used to a while ago it for me was just another symptom of panic and anxiety as sadie said it could also be tension in our neck or shoulders
i wouldnt worry about it and try and relax (easier said than done though)

I get a shacky heavey feeling in my arm's that I alway's put down to fatigue but I also get a stiff heavy feeling as if my body need's a good streatch. What eva it is it likly be cause by anxiety for what eva reason. When eva I get fatigue if i have regular exercise i dont get fatigue as much. It could be so many different reason have you ever thought of geting some light weight's and just regularly using them to keep them active. That just a tip that might help you in more way's that keeping your arm's in good shape. It will burn off excess energy ect.
