muscle twitch

I have developed a rather annoying muscle twitch in my back.

Its really bothering me & im worried if it means something bad :unsure:

Im getting really worked up and stressed by it.

Anyone else get this???

Im sure it's nothing to worry about, i get muscle twitches a lot of the time, and it tends to move around, sometimes below my eye, other times my arm, leg etc, it can last for a few weeks then it goes away for a while and then come back in a different place, dont really know what causes it, maybe someone else could give us the answer to that one?

Muscle twitches seem to be common with anxiety Peter...all that tension. Mine move around eye, face upper arm. I wouldn't worry it will probably dissappear in a few days.
