View Full Version : I went to the DENTIST! I made it!

I thought this also deserved a posting too... I am absolutely petrified of the dentist especially since this throat anxiety. However, today I bit the bullet and went for my 6 month checkup. Got there, had a chat with my dentist, laid in the chair feeling RELAXED?!!? and had a quick polish a bit of a front fill. That's it for 6 months now! How I was relaxed I will NEVER know!

well done mark, thats such an acheivement . i hate the dentist too ,infact i cry like ababy , last time she asked if i wanted to watch shrek 2 !!!!!!and iam 40 lol , so well done

Oh Mark thats amazing well done for facing it, I hate the dentist, someone only has to mention that name and I go and brush my teeth
