Night cough

Lately I have been having this weird on and off cough that only happens at night. It's not chesty or anything, it's just almost like a tickle down the top of my throat. It has been happening for the last couple of months, and happens more frequently when I am tired. Does anyone else get this? Is it something to be worried about?

I get that, but its like i have phlegm in my throat when there is nothing there, its only when i think about it or at night, im pretty sure its just the anxiety playing up. unless you smoke, then it could be smokers cough.
