am freaking out please help

i keep getting this pain round my groin and hernia area

been to the docter and they felt round it
say he cant find anythjing and it maybe just to do with me being stressed

just cant stop freaking out:unsure:

i have stomach pain really low i have been for tests,apparently its worry but it upsets me so much

There are lots and lots of muscles down there. Its completely possible to have irritated some of them. It happens to be on occasion.

In addition, it could be scare tissue from a healed injury. I've got that as well. The only time it bothers me is if I have a deep cough for several days. I've had it checked and its not a hernia.

when i went to the doctors he felt round for everything even my testicles

all i keep getting is a dull pain
