Swallowed cleaning fluid?

I just licked my finger and got a horribley sweet taste - like Cif or something, my mum's been cleaning all day so I assume it's some kind of cleaning material? It tasted horrible and has left my tounge feeling weird, what should I do? I'm trying not to worry but can't help thoughts of poisoning etc? I don't even know what it was that I swalllowed, aargh!
