Help - Tingling Sensatino

HELP THIS few months i keep on having feeling of tingling sensation on my palm of hands and legs, why, will i be cured, can it lead to DVT?what should i do?is it i must move around more than usual, is that the cure?

ok.
well your anxiety is the most likely the cause of the tingling sensation.
when we panic , we breath too fast, so we get too much oxygen which then cause's a tingling sensation and can also cause cramping.
although I often get tingling sensations for no obvious reason but I kinda just assumed it was normal.
