Hi everyone just joined this site yesterday and from what I've read so far I've been amazed to find others suffering exactly the same symptoms as me - how cheesy does that sound! :)

I've been divorced for years have 2 grown up sons and retired.

I too am new, and am amazed at much support there is on here. I am on my third bout of anxiety and it sucks!! However, reading all your posts is such an inspiration and has really helped me this afternoon. I hope I can offer courage and support, as well as gain it.
