Dull ache at back of skull.

Hi what does it mean when you have a headache but at the back of your head (back and bottom and sometimes includes the neck)?
It feels like my neck is tired or something.
I know my shoulders and neck are quite stiff at the moment and they crack a lot but could it mean anything else?

yeah I've had that, would reckon it's just muscles or something :) try not to worry, it's just muscles or a tension headache I would think x
