Hi folks,
Lately I've been having (apparently) really poor sleeps, ie.)
- waking up several times in the night afraid, due to a dream or just seemingly no reason
- having nightmares about my girlfriend, being ill, or the apocalypse

And when i wake up in the morning, especially today, it feels as if i didn't sleep at all, no refreshment whatsoever. My eyes feel heavy and sore, my body is generally achey, my head hurts a bit, and I'm generally dizzy as though i'm hungover. It feels like what i imagine being anaemic or malnourished might feel like, but i've been eating okay, even taking multivitamins.
So I post this for two reasons:
- can anybody relate? is this normal?
and
- any suggestions on how i can relax and get a good sleep?
