hi to everyone i am new to this forum and its such a relief to see im not alone.my name is kerrie and i have suffered with anxiety and panic for 10yrs now and at the moment my anxiety is back on a really high level i am currently on dothepin 75mg at night and been recently put up to 100mg throughout the day which was 2weeks ago seemed fine for a few days and settled for a bit but this week it has gone really bad.I am due back to the doctors this friday and would like to know from all ppl on here about their medication and what seems to work for them as i am gonna ask to see if i can try some anti anxiety meds to see if that helps i want to feel calm and relaxed but not feel like a zombie as i have 3 small children i need to look after so please please please help me with this and what you may feel will help ie;;good medications and the not so good medication just to get a rough idea thank you to all who read this and that can help xxxkeri xxx:) :)
