anyone notice anxiety having effect on your skin?

i have had anxiety for almost 6 years though i didn't think it was anxiety till about 2 years ago, anyway i have noticed that the worse it gets the more my face becomes puffier, my hands become more skinnier and my the skin it's self feels extremely dry.

anyone have these affects with anxiety?

I'm currently extremely anxious and having a major outbreak of spots. Last week it was all over my nose and this week its all around my mouth. I wouldn't mind it so much if I was a teenager but I'm 26 LOL!!! Plus bad skin just gives me one more pointless thing to worry about.
