cant catch my breath

i feel like i cant catch my breath and i get a burn feeling on my chest.please help x

Loads of us get this breathlessness - it is common with anxiety.

You need to learn correct breathing techhiques so read the website page on the left about coping. That explains it.

Bloody breathing thing does me head in LOL

Thought it was gone because I was worried about my twitches which i had 24/7 :( now they have pretty much vanished the breathing thing is back with vengeance but this time I know it's anxiety because all the tests I had (chest x-ray ECG, blood tests ect)

i havent had test cos my doctor is sure it is anxiety ,and i think he is getting bored with me but i take a lt of small shallow breaths
