what could it be?

i have been experiencing a strange pain on the top of my head for a while. kind of like someone is digging their nails into my scalp. feels like a pressure pushing me down. sounds odd i know. nurse at walk in cnetre told me it could be tension but ive been doing all the things she said - hot water bottle, massage etc but its still there. v scared as im conjuring up images of tumours and all sorts
advice would be v welcome :blush:

i had and have this when i am very anxious its defo a tension headache some people get it across the forehead some people get it other places in the scalp,

its nothing to worry about when you manage to relax which i know isnt easy it will go,

i promise your fine and you have nothing to worry about, have a nice warm shower and let the water beat down on your head a bit it may relieve it and release some tension in other areas also x x
