Did you read what Michael Jackson was taking to help him sleep every night!
All those drugs and still he couldn't get a nights sleep.
It just goes to show that if you overdo the strength and amount of your tablets then eventually they have little effect and in fact start to work in reverse.
You can understand why doctors are reluctant to prescribe sleeping pills.
I know his case was exceptional but it goes to show how easy it is for you to get addicted as your body needs stronger and stronger drugs.
