Head swaying

Does any one every feel like that, That there head is swaying from side to side. My anxiety is very VERY high at the moment. Just wondering if its this xx

I defo have this at the moment.

horrible isn't it. Leaves me feeling so panicky. I find it so hard to explain to people. One minute im OK then my eyes go heavy and It feels like my head sways from side to side or forward and backwards.

sometime my head actually jerks a little which makes me even more anxious :(
