Hi Sam,

Thanks for responding. I have been diagnosed with acute Anxiety Disorder which is bringing on real bad panic attacks that never go, and has resulted in Depression. I don't know what to do with myself as I feel like each day I am more and more removed from the world around me. This in turn makes me panic and it just continues in circles. I am on Citalopram to help level my moods and anxiety, and Quetiapine to keep me calm. I had recently been in a Mental Health Unit as I hadn't slept for 9 days. I then was put on the medication I just mentioned and started to feel much better, not right, but better. It all seems to have gone down hill again - I just cannot stop having Panic Attacks - they are constant!

Any advice?
