Jelly arms and legs ??

Ok so i have curently had a light head for afew days now my bision has been a bit wierd( kinda like nto focusing proprly but nto blurred) Today i got up had brekfast did a bti of housework still feeling like i kinda falling over almost sway type feeling however i have developed this jelly arms and legs and i feel like i am shaking on my arms hands n legs - almost like ive done too much kidna thing - i did left a couple of heavy boxesup the stairs yesturday afternoon ( bout 5 boxes) but i was fine straight after is this something bad ? ive also had a water infection last week but had anti biotics for it - am quite scared as i heave health anxiety please help me ?:weep:

I've got exactly the same problem,it comes and goes I think I've got over it then afew hours later it's back x
