panic building up again - help needed

ive posted a few things on here today but have had no replies and my head pain is getting worse. feels like ive banged my head (altho i havent) so its a sharp pain that it right in the top of my head and making me feel ill. beginning to panic that i have a major head trauma and should ring nhs or the doctors. just want to run to the hospital and sit in the waiting room - always feel better in there.

First - as hard as it may be stay calm! Sounds like you may have a migraine! If it lasts more than a few hours and does't go away with over the counter medication then give the Dr's a call. You can always ring them and ask....might make you feel better! I sometimes get these spltting headaches where I can't move my head - but if I lay down and take some heavy duty asprin after an hour or so I feel better....
